By creating an account or using ExamGenius, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date.

One account is intended for one person. Sharing an account, or sharing purchased material with people who have not bought it, is not permitted.

Purchases on ExamGenius are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Buying a category grants access to every test in that category; buying an e-book grants access to that e-book. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.

Access granted by a purchase is permanent, subject to these terms and to the platform remaining in operation. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and payments are processed by Razorpay.

To confirmConfirm what happens to purchased access if a category or e-book is withdrawn from sale, and whether the catalogue can change after purchase.

To confirmState the refund policy in full: whether refunds are offered, any window, how a request is made, and how long a refund takes. A clear refund policy is generally expected by Indian payment processors, so this needs to exist before payments go live.

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell or publish our questions, explanations or e-books.
• Share your account, or access the platform on someone else's behalf.
• Use automated means to scrape content, or attempt to manipulate scores, rankings or leaderboards.
• Interfere with the platform's operation or attempt to bypass its access controls.

To confirmConfirm the consequences of a breach — warning, suspension, termination — and whether purchased access is forfeited.

Each test has a fixed duration that begins when you start an attempt. Your answers are saved automatically as you work. If an attempt runs past its duration, it is submitted automatically with the answers recorded at that point.

We make reasonable efforts to keep attempts and results accurate, but we cannot guarantee against interruptions caused by your device, your network, or a service outage. To confirmState what recourse a user has if an attempt is disrupted.

Tests, questions, explanations, e-books and the platform itself are our intellectual property or licensed to us. A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use that material for your own preparation — it does not transfer ownership. To confirmConfirm the intended licence terms.

We work to keep our questions and explanations accurate and current, but we do not warrant that they are free of error, nor that using ExamGenius will produce any particular exam result. To confirmHave the wording of this disclaimer reviewed.

We aim to keep ExamGenius available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be suspended for maintenance, or affected by events outside our control. To confirmState whether any uptime commitment is offered.

To confirmThis clause needs to be drafted by someone qualified. Liability caps and exclusions are heavily jurisdiction-specific, and a template copied from another site may well be unenforceable.

To confirmSet out when an account may be suspended or closed, whether notice is given, what happens to purchased access, and how a user closes their own account.

To confirmName the governing law and the courts with jurisdiction — typically the state in which the business is registered.

We may update these terms. The date above reflects the most recent substantive change, and continuing to use ExamGenius after a change means accepting the updated terms. To confirmDecide how material changes are notified.
